KI Innovations introduces a new course.
From research to society – how to create impact from your research based knowledge!
To create positive impact for people and society at large is a given driving force for researchers and innovators within health.
But despite good intentions it’s not always that your activities lead to desired effects for your users. By setting up goals for short- and long-term effects and a strategy on how to follow up on them, you increase the possibility to create true impact and thereby – a sustainable business.
In this course you will learn the basics about impact strategies and get the chance to apply your own innovation to the impact framework Theory of Change.
This course will be divided into 3 sessions:
Session I
Date: November 4th
Time: 12-13 pm
Place: Teams
Introductory seminar with Anna Forsberg, Business Coach @KI Innovations. She will give you an introduction to the concept and guide you through the theory of change framework.
Session II
November 4th – November 18th
You will be able to work on your own theory of changes. Anna is available for questions both at our office at Innomedicum or via Teams.
November 19th: Joint feedback session with Anna Forsberg. You will be able to share your results, get feedback and discuss any difficulties that have emerged and future step that can be taken.
