The purpose of DRIVE TeamDAY is to give the participants valuable insights into the opportunities and challenges related to building a successful team, regardless of your size and development stage.
We will explore three common topics, that the participating companies have identified as crucial – Attract, Retain & Motivate.
As a part of these topics we will discuss issues such a recruitment, team creation, reimbursement models, Swedish labour law, warrants & options and much much more!
Each topic will be addressed by highly experienced speakers, who will guide you through the most common areas identified by you, as most important.
Furthermore, there will be opportunities for interactive dialogues, discussions and problem solving.
