 There is a major shortage of doctors with sufficient skills to assess ovarian tumors, which leads to many ovarian operations being performed unnecessarily, while women with cancer are sometimes diagnosed too late, which reduces the chance of survival. Intelligyn’s platform contains AI models that were developed and validated in a world-leading multicenter research project in collaboration between KI and KTH. Our results have shown that the AI ​​model can distinguish benign tumors from cancer with the same precision as an ultrasound expert. We are currently working on setting up a clinical workflow where our fully developed AI platform can communicate directly with the doctor, who performs the ultrasound examination, in real time.
