We are pleased to introduce our new talented employees, Charlotta Dahlborg and Johan Raud.

Before that she was at the Unit for Bioentrepreneurship (UBE) at Karolinska Institutet where she took her PhD in the field of Innovation processes and Entrepreneurship. The research involved preforming a a large patent mapping study at Karolinska Institutet (Karolinska Institutet Intellectual Property database). It generated new knowledge of both the scope of academic patenting and commercialization and how commercialization occurs, for example which actors that are involved. Charlotta also has prior experience as an entrepreneur and as adviser in business startups in various industries.
At KI Innovations Charlotta works as a program manager for a Nordic mentoring program (Nordic Mentor Network for Entrepreneurship, NOME) where the best Nordic life science start-up companies are matched to a group of highly-experienced mentors. The task includes coordination and development of NOME in cooperation with the other Nordic partners, as well as the scouting of start-ups and the recruitment of mentors. Charlotta is also working on the development of the DRIVE incubator program at Karolinska Innovations AB.
